KWIKLOG LITE

The KWIKLOG LITE program  IS NOW  AVAILABLE as a FREE shareware program at the suggestion of many who have used the former Lite program for many years. The program has been redesigned to do one thing and that is to track your progress toward completion of the coveted CQ Magazine  ALL US Counties award.  It  tracks only that award or the MARAC all counties award.  It does however, create a log file that can be exported to KWIKLOG CLASSIC should you decide later that you want to track MARAC awards as well.  Technical support is available at http://kwiklog.com/kwiklogsupport  You are free to send a contribution to KWIKLOG to assist in maintaining the web site if you enjoy the program and want to help in keeping it available to others.    There is no obligation to do so.   The file when downloaded can be used to INSTALL the entire program on your computer.  The program tracks the USA-CA award, prints MRC's (mobile reply cards). It has a built in call  database of active county hunters to expedite logging time, If you wish to pursue the award by working ALL CW the program allows you to set an option to automatically replace any SSB QSO with a CW QSO made subsequent to the SSB QSO thus allowing you to obtain the award with any QSO while creating an all CW Book. 

KWIKLITE.ZIP  - KWIKLITE    This is the ENTIRE KWIKLOG LITE  Program.  When downloaded it SHOULD BE UNZIPPED and COPIED to a CD or a TEMPORARY folder and then  use the RUN  command to run  SETUP which will  install the entire program.   It is shareware.  You are encouraged to download the free program, play with it, and if you can use the program and you enjoy it you are free to send a contribution to KWIKLOG to assist in maintaining this web site. There is no obligation to do so.   If you wish to use the Map program with this program you will have to also download the map program.

UPDATE #1 - 10--31-04 -State of WY has been added to states on CD.  Was omitted on the first CD.    Also deleted an erroneous county in LA.  Go to BOOK, Click on EDIT COUNTY name and click on EDIT # 0f counties after adding the WY and LA files found in the distribution CD below.   Thanks G4KHG, Eddie.

PLEASE NOTE:   The KWIKLOG LITE program, when downloaded and installed on your computer has a few entries preloaded in your USA-CA BOOK, in several counties.  These entries are for use in viewing the book and other reports when you first start running the program to get familiar with the program.   Once you have reviewed the program functions and are familiar with its operation and feel you are ready to begin logging your QSO's - Go to the configuration file found under file on the home page, set the fields as you wish and then click on the RESET button to clear all data out of the books in preparation for your county hunting experience.   Have fun
